What I Do

Mentor, Strategist, Speaker

Strategist: Professionals

“The first half of life is devoted to forming a health ego, the second half is going inward and letting go of it”

Do you know your value, your non-negotiables and consequently your path?

When people ask me how I’ve achieved so much in a short period, they’re surprised that this wasn’t always the case. My self-doubt used to limit the opportunities I allowed myself to take. I mantra was “I can’t”.

“I can’t attend that conference”, “I can’t share that idea”, “I can’t….”

Then I turned my “Can’t” attitude to a C.A.T attitude:

The Curiosity to seek out new experiences. The Audacity to believe that I am capable. The Tenacity to keep going when I fail.

Together, we can define and build your C.A.T growth mindset for success.

Mentor: High School, College

“I wish someone told me with when I was [insert teenage year here].”

How many of us have said this to ourselves?

After a culmination of pressures and negative experiences that left me reeling in self-doubt and feeling isolated, I sought out the tools needed to overcome these crippling anxieties. Overcoming these challenges was a long-term, deliberate process which created invaluable life lessons along the way.

With my guidance, students I have mentored have discovered their confidence and become leaders among their peers.

I’d like to do you the same for you or a student in your life.

Speaker

“We must build dikes of courage to hold back floods of fear”

Pluralistic Ignorance is universal and happens across classrooms, boardrooms, dinner tables and everywhere in between. When people believe that their experiences or perspectives are different from “The Norm”, they stay silent and convince themselves that they are in isolation.

When we each individually, and secretly, hold onto this illusion of isolation, we are blind to our shared experiences. When this illusion silences us from speaking our truth, we translate our silence into feelings on inadequacy and self doubt.

I’m here to combat this.

I’m here to come alongside you.
